The Golden Circle is the most popular route most visitors take to see as many must-see points in Iceland as possible in the shortest amount of time. Typically you can do the route within a day if you are taking organized tour alternative is to drive it yourself. Driving in winter might be a challenge for those who are not used to snow, ice, and bad weather conditions.
